Canada has world class neuroscience talent and Ontario’s capabilities in neurotechnology leads within Canada. Recent establishment of the Ontario Brain Institute will pave the way for international collaboration on the frontiers of neuroscience with a focus on applications such as chronic pain, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and preventative medicine for cognitive health/dementia.
